Peanut butter is not something you should cut it from your diet, it is actually very healthy, nutritious and tasty! Besides, you can easily do it at home with healthy ingredients. Peanut butter contains very healthy fats and high protein so it’ll certainly boost you up throughout the day. How to prepare?
I have used 150 grams of raw peanut but that’s your choice if you want to make it more use more peanut. Even the peanut is unsalted when you crush it, peanuts reveal its natural salt. That is why we have to sweeten it with honey. Before you blend honey and peanut, don’t forget to add the olive oil. If you want it to be stiffer, use the oil lesser (approx. 1tbsp for 150 grams of peanut) and pour it carefully. If you want it to be more buttery, pour more oil. Once you mixed it, your healthy peanut butter is ready!
