Green Smoothie

If you are looking for a healthy and beautiful green smoothie, you are at the right place now. This smoothie is very easy to prepare has a very big effect… I do not recommend it in place of breakfast though. But you can always have it to clean and refresh your body right before you have breakfast. Now let’s have a look at it.

Ingredients

  • Spinach
  • Parsley
  • Half of a lemon
  • Water
  • Green apple or pineapple
  • Ginger (preferably)

Instructions

First, we wash and dry our greens. It’s important not to cut them. Put the spinach, parsley, half of a lemon, ginger and a little pineapple into the blender and add some water according to the density you want. When all the ingredients are blended, your delicious detox drink is ready. By the way you can always add water to change the density. Bon appetite!
