Fried Egg With Avocado

If you love to eat healthy as much as me, then with this recipe you’re going to start your day with full energy. Besides, it is one of the simplest recipes to make. As you know, avocado is known by its nutritious fats and with these fats, it will give you the perfect amount of energy to start your day more vigorous. Here’s one of the most nutritious, healthy and also very delicious breakfast recipes of all time!


For Avocado Sauce;

  • 1/2 Avocado
  • Green Parts of the Scallion
  • Lemon
  • Garlic (preferably)
  • Salt and Pepper

Onto the Toasted Bread;

  • Feta Cheese
  • Red Pepper
  • 1 Egg


Start with preparing the Avocado Sauce. Cut the avocado in half and peel it carefully. Then put it into some bowl you like and crush it with the fork. Add the other ingredients into the bowl and mix it well enough. Voila, your sauce is ready!

Now it’s time to cook the egg. Do it slowly in low heat and be careful, try not to break the egg yolk. And finally, lay the avocado sauce onto the brown toasted bread and add some cheese, then put the egg over the top of it carefully. Sprinkle some red pepper and you’re good to go. Bon Appetite! 🙂
